Do you have a shop I can visit?

Natures Garden gift is an online store only. All orders are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse.
You can pick up online orders direct from us at:
Gate 4, 83-89 Freight Drive, Somerton, Victoria, 3062
Monday - Friday  8:15am - 4:00pm 
Not open public holidays
 
Once ordered and paid for we will send you an email letting you know they are ready to collect within 2 business day.
Online inquires will be replied to during office hours.
Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 4.00pm

Can I get a refund?

We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases.   We will gladly exchange on purchases unused in original packaging within 14 days of purchase.  You can return for an exchange for the full amount paid minus the original postage.  To initiate an exchange we will require you to contact us directly via our email on  info@naturesgardengift.com.au and include an invoice number.

Unfortunately, we do not refund on purchases if you change your mind so please choose carefully.

How can I pay for my purchase?

Natures Garden Gift online store accepts EFTPOS, credit cards (Mastercard & Visa), direct deposit and Paypal.  All payments are processed through the secure Shopify payment system.

How can I track my order?

When your order is sent you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to our shipping website to track your parcel.  That tracking number will not generate any information until the following business day, so don’t worry if there is no information available immediately. 

When will I receive my order?

This will depend on what shipping method you selected.

If you live in a metropolitan area Australia-Wide you should receive your parcel within 2 business days.  We do not require you to sign for your delivery so if this does not suit you please have your parcel sent to your workplace, please be sure that you include your company name in the address. If you are in a country area your delivery may take up to 3-7 business days to reach you.  Please see our shipping information for detailed information.

How do the 'Pre-Order' sales work?

When a 'pre-order' sale comes through we generally need 5 business days to fulfill this order. On some occasions we will need a bit longer to organise the products, in which we will contact you directly with an estimated delivery date.

Shipping Information

Most orders are shipped out within 1 business day. Express orders made before 10.00am will be shipped out by 4pm the same day. 

Larger orders (over $500) may require additional processing time.  Email us at info@naturesgardengift.com.au if you have any concerns.

How long delivery takes depends on the shipping method selected and your location within Australia.  

Once your order has been packed you will receive confirmation and an Australia post tracking number to track delivery. Please use your tracking number for up to date delivery information.  

Parcel Delivery
Within Capital Cities       Up to 2 business days.
To Country Locations     3-7 business days.

Express Shipping:

Is available on items 5kg and under.  If express delivery is available on your item it will show in your check out options.  Express shipping orders made before 6.00am will be shipped the same business day.

Direct Pick up Melbourne:

If you live in Melbourne you can collect your items direct from our shipping service. Please make sure to select pick up in your shipping option. 

Direct Pick up is from dispatch at Melbourne Mailing. Gate 4, 83-89 Freight Drive, Somerton, Victoria, 3062.

Please allow 24 hours for orders to be ready, unless the order is made before 6.00am, it can be collected the same day after 2pm up until 4.00pm 

Customers will need to provide proof of purchase and an ID in the same name as the order to collect their items.

Refunds/ Returns:

We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases.

Faulty Goods:

If you have received a damaged or faulty product, we are happy to fix it up for you as quickly as possible. Please contact our Customer Service Team online on info@naturesgardengift.com.au so we can send fix the problem for you right away.

Natures Garden Gift will refund all products that have a major problems under the ACCC

  • It has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it
  • It is significantly different from the sample or description
  • It is substantially unfit for its common purpose and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time
  • It is unsafe.
  • It arrived in non-working order and or damaged during transit (within 14 days of delivery)

To initiate a return we will require you to contact us directly via our email on info@naturesgardengift.com.au

  • Photographic evidence and descriptions of the fault or damage may be required for verification
  • Invoice number will be required

If your product requires to be returned it will be tested and checked.  If the item is in working order and or undamaged it may be sent back to you so you can enjoy it or in the event that’s its classified under the major issue as stated above you will be entitled to have the goods refunded, all refunds will be made to the same account that the funds have been paid from.

Natures Garden Gift may refuse refunds on non-refundable goods

  • goods deemed to have been damaged due to neglect or misuse may not be eligible for return and or refund
  • purchaser changed their mind and no longer want the product
  • purchaser ordered the wrong product
  • were aware of the relevant fault before buying the product - for example, if the fault was written on the product's tag, or for online purchases, indicated in any photos or descriptions of the item online.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not refund on purchases if you change your mind so please choose carefully. 

We will gladly exchange on purchases products that are unused and in original packaging within 14 days of purchase.  You can return for an exchange for the full amount paid minus the original postage. You will also have to pay any additional postage costs.

Gift Cards:

Our Gift Cards are the ideal present when you're not sure what to get your friends and family members or your favorite garden enthusiast.  Simple choose one of our E-gift card options and see your loved one light up with joy.   

Terms of Use

All our Gift Cards are electronic. These cards will be sent to the purchaser via email.

Simply use the unique code generated at our check-out and the gift card will be added. 

Our Gift Cards are valid for 2 years. The expiration date will be stated on the gift card.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our gift cards. If you have a change of mind please let us know with in 48 hours of purchasing the gift card. No changes can be made after this time.

If you have a lost or stolen gift card please contact the person you have received this card from. We can only replace cards with proof of purchase.
